Activation Codes have a designated Pluxee Gift code with a fixed Peso value. Activation codes may be activated via SMS or, through our online portal.

• All activation codes have an effectivity date which can be found on the Activation code page. They can no longer be activated after they have expired.

Only Pluxee Gift codes issued as a universal voucher, accepted in all partner merchants, can be converted to Pluxee Gift credits. Pluxee Gift codes issued as a filtered loop (specific to a product/merchant; e.g. Pluxee Gift Christmas Basket, Pluxee Gift Christmas Ham, etc.) are not valid for conversion to Pluxee Gift credits.

Yes, you will need to be online to transact your Pluxee Gift credits via the Pluxee Philippines app.

Can I convert my Sodexo Premium Pass/Pluxee Gift paper/SM Gift Pass into Pluxee Philippines app credits?

• Yes, you can so you can partially redeem the GC amount and enjoy it to the last Centavo.

What is the process of converting paper vouchers into Pluxee Gift app credits?

• This feature is only valid for Sodexo Premium Pass/Pluxee Gift paper voucher
• GCs given under and labeled with Rewards and Loyalty are not valid for conversion
• You must bring your paper voucher/s and present these to any of our Pluxee Customer Care Representative in our offices:
• Makati Office:
  – 11F BA Lepanto Bldg. 8747 Paseo De Roxas St., Makati City
  – Operating Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9AM to 6PM except for weekend and holidays
• Cebu Office:
  – 2nd Floor, Unit 218 Axis Entertainment Ave., Vibo Place, N Escario Street, Cebu City
  – Operating Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9AM to 6PM except for weekend and holidays
• Our Customer Care Representative will ask you to surrender your paper voucher/s to process the conversion.
• Once surrendered, we will validate the paper voucher/s and will ask you the following details:
  – Full Name
  – Mobile Number
• Our System generated One-Time Pin (OTP) will be sent to your mobile number.
• We will ask you to provide the OTP to proceed with the conversion process.
• Our Customer Care Representative now processes the conversion by checking the validity and authenticity of the gift certificates.

• Depending on the number of pcs. to be converted, below is the turnaround time to receive the Pluxee Gift credits:

  – 1 to 50 pcs: up to 3 working days from January to December
  – 51 to 100 pcs: up to 3 working days from February to September and up to 5 working days from October to January
  – 101 to 200 pcs: up to 5 working days from February to September and up to 7 working days from October to January
  – More than 200 pcs: to be determined as agreed with the customer.
  – All conversion of Pluxee Paper vouchers will be done after the actual receipt of passes at Pluxee Makati Office

• A notification via Pluxee Philippines app will be sent to you to confirm the conversion and credits loaded to the Pluxee Philippines App.

How do I convert my SM Gift Pass to SM Gift Card as app credits?

• You must bring your SM Gift Pass and present to any of SM Customer Service.
• SM Customer Service will ask you to surrender your SM Gift Pass to process the conversion.
• One surrendered, the SM Customer Service will count and validate the authenticity of each SM Gift Pass.
• The SM Customer Service may ask for your Mobile Number.
• A System generated One-Time Pin (OTP) will be sent to your mobile number.
• You must provide the OTP to the SM Customer Service.
• SM Customer Service is now ready to process the conversion by scanning the barcodes of the validated SM Gift Pass.
• Once converted, A notification via Pluxee Philippines App will be sent to you to confirm the conversion and credits loaded to the Pluxee Philippines App.
• Please note that SM Gift Pass can only be converted at any SM Customer Service.
• Converted SM eGift Card (credits) can now be used in any SM Store branches as well as select SM affiliate stores.

1. On the homepage, open the sidebar menu and select ‘Gift Code Conversion’ 
2. Choose ‘Pluxee Gift’ 
3. Click the hyperlink that says “here” to convert a non-CVV code (this opens an external website).
   • Sign up / New to the site:
     1. Sign up on the website using the same email registered in the Pluxee PH app.
     2. Enter the OTP sent to the registered email.
     3. Create a password and provide a name and mobile number.
   • Login / Existing:
     1. Enter the same email registered in the Pluxee app
     2. Enter the OTP sent to the registered email address
4. If the site has been used before, click Log In and enter the same email registered in the Pluxee PH app.  
5. Fill out the conversion request form and upload screenshots of the SM Gift/eGift Card powered by Pluxee (max 10 codes per day).
6. Submit the request.
7. The following will be received:
   • A confirmation email
   • An email indicating the request is being processed
   • A final email once the converted credits have been added to the Pluxee account
