Inside Pluxee Philippines’ exclusive roundtable on the future of employee engagement

Understanding the new rules of engagement 

The first session, led by Anna Driz, Sales Director of Pluxee Philippines, presented findings from Pluxee’s global study on employee engagement. She highlighted how engagement today goes beyond productivity—it now includes employees setting healthy boundaries while remaining committed at work.

The study also revealed eight distinct employee profiles, each representing different shades of engagement across various stages. A key takeaway was the concept of reciprocity, or how true engagement thrives when organizations and employees mutually invest in one another. This reinforces the idea that personalization, not a one-size-fits-all approach, is the future of employee benefits. 

Recognition as a strategic driver 

The second talk, delivered by Pallav Popli, Chief Revenue Officer and Employee Engagement Evangelist at Vantage Circle, focused on the strategic role of rewards and recognition. He emphasized that recognition-driven cultures consistently outperform others, boosting motivation, brand advocacy, retention, agility, and customer service excellence.

Popli also shared practical insights on designing recognition programs that truly resonate, and how consistency in recognition can transform workplace culture into a sustainable competitive advantage. 

Fruitful discussions 

The roundtable concluded with an interactive workshop where participants engaged in open discussions on rewards and recognition. This collaborative exchange allowed HR leaders to share perspectives, learn from one another, and co-create ideas for fostering stronger engagement strategies. Attendees also received certificates of participation, marking their contribution to shaping the future of employee engagement.
