About the SM Gift Card

The new SM Gift Card, now powered by Pluxee, offers the flexibility of a physical gift and digital experience in one. Its digital format comes in the form of codes sent via email and SMS, and credits via the Pluxee app. Moreover, SM Gift Card codes can be converted to app credits for seamless multiple redemptions up until the last centavo.

Accepted at SM Store, SM Markets, and SM Merchant Partners, the SM Gift Card comes in three (3) denominations: P500, P1000, and P2000.

How to use the SM Gift Card

1. Go to any SM Store, SM Markets, or SM Merchant Partners, and pick your desired items. 

2. Peel off the sticker at the back of the SM Gift Card to reveal the 10-digit code. 

3. Present the SM Gift Card to the cashier.

4. Cashier will scan the barcode or encode the 10-digit code. The amount will be deducted from the total transaction. 

Please note that the SM Gift Card and digital code should be fully consumed in one transaction. No change or sukli will be provided if the total amount is not used.

Terms and Conditions

  1. The SM Gift Card is valid for use at all SM Store, SM Markets, and SM Merchant Partners.
  2. The SM Gift Card and email/sms code amount is valid for one-time use only. It should be fully consumed in one transaction.
  3. This SM Gift Card is not convertible to cash.
  4. Merchant partner policies on acceptance of the SM Gift Card shall apply.
  5. Pluxee shall not be liable for any claims or damages directly arising from or incidental to the purchase of the goods and/or services from merchant partners.
