Why can’t I convert my SM Gift Card and/or SM eGift Card (code) to credits in the app?

Please ensure that you selected 'SM Gift Card' in the Gift Code Conversion feature, and input the complete and correct 10-digit SM Gift Card code.

Only universally-accepted SM eGift Card email/SMS codes (SM eGift Card with solid blue box and white merchant logos) may be convertible to credits.
