How to revalidate my Pluxee Gift code?

  • Send a screen capture of the code via email to support@care.pluxee.ph
  • A customer service representative will ask you to fill out a revalidation request form and validate and inspect the authenticity of the surrendered Pluxee Gift code
  • We will validate these codes by inspecting the Pluxee Gift code’s validity and authenticity prior to replacement
  • If your request for revalidation is valid and approved, you will then receive a confirmation message via email or SMS that your New Pluxee Gift code has been sent. For other details, including the codes valid for revalidation, please see our Terms and Conditions.
