How do I convert my Pluxee Gift code to Pluxee Gift credits?

  • New User:
    • Download the FREE Pluxee Philippines app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store
    • Register with your Name, Mobile Number and Email Address
    • Verify your account with the OTP sent to your mobile number and email
    • Set a password (minimum 8 characters, 1 uppercase letter, 1 special character, and 1 number)
    • On the welcome page, select ‘Gift Code Conversion’
    • Choose ‘Pluxee Gift’
    • Enter your 10-digit Pluxee Gift code
    • Tap ‘Convert now’
    • Your updated balance will appear on the home screen once the conversion is successful
  • Existing User:
    • Update to get the latest version of Pluxee Philippines app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store
    • On the homepage, open the sidebar menu and select ‘Gift Code Conversion’
    • Choose ‘Pluxee Gift’
    • Enter your 10-digit Pluxee Gift code
    • Tap ‘Convert now’
    • Your updated balance will appear on the home screen once the conversion is successful
