How do I convert my Pluxee Gift code and/or card to Pluxee Gift credits?

Please note that all users can convert up to 10 cards/codes daily.

With CVV:
NEW USER

  1. Download the FREE Pluxee Philippines app on iOS Appstore or Google Play Store:

  2. Register a Name and Mobile Number
  3. An OTP will be sent to the nominated mobile number and email address to verify the account details.
  4. Nominate a password (minimum of 8 characters, 1 capital letter, 1 special character and 1 number)
  5. In the welcome landing page, click ‘Gift Code Conversion’
  6. Select ‘Pluxee Gift’
  7. Enter the 10-digit Pluxee Gift code
  8. Enter the code verification value (CVV) of your Pluxee Gift code/card
  9. Enter the code value/denomination of your Pluxee Gift code/card
  10. Tap ‘Convert now'
  11. Balance will be updated on the home screen of the app once successful

EXISTING USER

  1. Update to the latest version of the Pluxee Philippines app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store
  2. In the homepage, launch the sidebar menu and select ‘Gift Code Conversion’
  3. Select ‘Pluxee Gift’
  4. Enter the 10-digit Pluxee Gift code
  5. Enter the code verification value (CVV) of your Pluxee Gift code/card
  6. Enter the code value/denomination of your Pluxee Gift code/card
  7. Tap ‘Convert now'
  8. Balance will be updated on the home screen of the app once successful

Note: For codes or cards without a CVV, you may click the hyperlink that says “here” on the Gift code conversion page in the Pluxee app.
