CSR recap: Empowering communities through partnership and purpose
At Pluxee Philippines, community is an ongoing commitment to help people and organizations unlock better opportunities every day. Our recent initiatives reflect what we value most: collaboration, capacity-building, and meaningful support for groups who are making a real difference on the ground.
Here’s a look at the impact we’ve been creating with our partners so far at the start of the year.

Pluxee Philippines held leadership workshops for Salcedo II, Cavite’s community leaders in partnership with partner organization, Better with Water
Uplifting local communities through Better with Water
Our long-standing collaboration with Better with Water continues to deepen, and this recent cycle highlights how multi-layered our shared efforts have become.

The focused workshop for Salcedo II’s community leaders were facilitated by Country Merchants Director, John Simon and Sales Manager, Kaycee Gulmatico
We began by working closely with community leaders in Salcedo II, Noveleta, Cavite, where our team facilitated a focused workshop on leadership and effective communication. Our goal was to equip local leaders with the skills and confidence they need to advocate for their communities and take on more active roles in driving change.

A customer service training was held for Better with Water staff to further enhance their skills
This community engagement connected with another effort: strengthening the capabilities of Better with Water’s own staff. Through a training session centered on service excellence and customer experience, we helped enhance the skills of the NGO’s on-ground staff and their teams who engage directly with beneficiaries every day. This workshop aimed to build not just technical know-how, but also the confidence to serve communities with empathy, clarity, and consistency.

The Pluxee Philippines team came in full force with Customer Care & Experience Manager Andrea Paulino and Customer Care Team Leader Jenny Robles facilitating the sessions
Together, these efforts reinforce the belief that empowering people at every level lead to stronger, more resilient communities.
Continuing our work with Life Project 4 Youth (LP4Y)
Our partnership with Life Project 4 Youth remains a key pillar of our social impact programs. Recently, our team visited LP4Y centers in Taguig and Tondo to refine upcoming plans and immerse ourselves in their day-to-day with the underserved communities.

Assessing impact projects with the Life Project 4 Youth (LP4Y) team on-ground
These interactions help ensure that our initiatives remain grounded in the realities of the youth they serve. By listening closely, co-designing upcoming projects, and staying present in community spaces, we continue strengthening a partnership rooted in long-term empowerment and human-centered development.

Looking ahead with purpose
Whether we’re helping develop local leaders, equipping NGO teams with new skills, or supporting youth-focused programs, each effort contributes to building communities that thrive through shared strengths.
As we continue these purposeful partnerships, we remain committed to expanding partnerships, strengthening capabilities, and creating everyday moments of impact—one community at a time.
